Here is one sample letter served by Balaji Pristine Association to Mr.Aravinder Reddy of Balaji Developers regarding his unfulfilled promise on TWO ESSENTIAL stuff for a human to survive, Cauvery Water Connection and Sewage Connection to Municipal Drain. In spite of several reminders, absolutely there is no response.

After amassing more than Rs.25 million, no wonder why he is reluctant to address the crowd. Just to sum up, Rs 10 million collected towards Amenities and Rs 25 million collected towards Cauvery Water are sitting prettily in Aravinder Reddy's vault and we, poor owners, are left in lurch.
