I thought it is my responsibility to keep the aspiring home buyers update about "Balaji Developers" and their commitment towards their promises in previous projects.

Here is one sample letter served by Balaji Pristine Association to Mr.Aravinder Reddy of Balaji Developers regarding his unfulfilled promise on TWO ESSENTIAL stuff for a human to survive, Cauvery Water Connection and Sewage Connection to Municipal Drain. In spite of several reminders, absolutely there is no response.

Kindly make a note that Aravinder Reddy of Balaji Developers has collected more than Rs.25,000,000, yes you read it right, it is Rs 25 million+, towards BESCOM, Cauvery Water and BWSSB. After amassing more than Rs.25 million, no wonder why he is reluctant to address the crowd. Just to sum up, Rs 10 million collected towards Amenities and Rs 25 million collected towards Cauvery Water are sitting prettily in Aravinder Reddy's vault and we, poor owners, are left in lurch.


I am sure this might be the case with "Balaji Elegance" as well. Already home owners of "Balaji Casablanca", please treat this message as a sample and future experience that would come your way in near future.

Its been 2 years since the first family moved in and the state of the lifts in couple of the blocks, still looking fresh with unopened cover and yet to be fixed switch panel.

Yet again Balaji Developers are back in market to collect the money from hard working IT community & others and walk away laughing by making their customers look idiot, read actually idiots. Yes, their 3rd Project "Balaji Casablanca" launched. Beware! Beware!! Beware!!!

For heavens sake, please visit Balaji Developers' previous incomplete projects Balaji Pristine and Balaji Elegance before getting victimized.

At least in Balaji Pristine, guys have moved in and living with agony haplessly. But situation in Balaji Elegance is even worse as no signs of handover yet. Talk to these two communities before taking a decision.
